Cara Lisa is a sweet lady-like alpaca with a particularly expressive face.  Shy and quiet, yet easy to handle and lead on walks, she exudes "class" in every way.  Her fibre is lovely with a very high curvature and it spins up into gorgeous yarn.  Cara Lisa has perfect conformation and poise, with pencil straight legs and back - a trait that she has passed on to each of her cria without fail.
Cara Lisa is an established producer on our farm and has given us some beautiful cria.  She is an attentive mother and we chuckle when she gets worried about her youngsters playing and pronking about.  Her milk supply is abundant; her cria gain weight quickly.  Cara Lisa is quite simply, a lovely lady.

Cara Lisa comes from impressive bloodlines.  She has Peruvian Desperado, a producer of champions on her dam's side and high impact studs, Batido and Guellermo, on her sire's side. 

In 2009, Cara Lisa gave us a stunning female cria out of our Champion herdsire, Lexus.  This little one, who we call Cara Maria is my personal favourite of the season - very sweet and curious with a pinch of shyness, just like her mom.  Cara Maria has the cutest teddy bear face complete with the fuzzy ears.  Her award-winning dad has certainly stamped his full fleeced "look" on her as he does to so many of his offspring.  Along with her full fleeced face, she has oodles of fibre right to the tips of her toes!  Cara Maria is included with the purchase of Cara Lisa until she is weaned, after which she will be offered for sale separately.
